Making offices friendlier. Outstanding nZEB Building
We acquired a vacant plot of 637 sqm in the most prime area of 22@.
It’s in the opposite corner of our Tanger 66 project,
occupied by HPE, in front of the Amazon and WeWork offices and next to Torre Glories.
We have worked with the investment fund manager Patrizia in order to purchase the plot, owned by two local families.
The project is prioritizing impact by aiming for an nZEB rating below the strictest EU requirements, and we have eliminated car parking, prioritizing alternative transport and health.
The new building of 4.042 sqm aims to offer top quality space for middle size companies, currently not available in the area or in pipe line.
The delivery of the building is expected to be in Q3 2021.
