Producing land beyond Barcelona

The Project is based on the acquisition of a residential land-backed loan which is secured by an urbanized (ready to build) land plot of 5,200 built sqm.

The plot is located in Viladecans city centre, facing one of the main parks and very close to one of the main boulevards.

We acquired in September 2017. Sale expected in 2020.
